See your doctor: Your symptoms of sinusitis with yellow discharge, and sore throat means you need to see your doctor, before this goes any further. S/he can prescribe or advise you better after a physical exam whether antibiotics are warranted or not. Most importantly, you want relief from the sinus pressure from all the mucus draining.
