Are people with adhd or autism allowed to be a surgeon ?

Possibly: If treated, adhd would not prevent someone from getting through medical school and residency, and become a surgeon. Someone with severe autism would be unlikely to be able to relate and communicate well enough with others to become a physician. Less severe autistic spectrum disorders such as asperger's might still allow someone to become a physician and to practice.
