MORE COMPLICATED: Adhd has its problems, but usually attention, impulsivity and some cognitive issues like learning disabilities and others. Autism involves more difficulty in relatedness with others, thought, emotions, etc. In a sense both are spectrum disorders, though adhd is more easily treated.

ADHD & Autistic : Spectrum Disorder are different Neurodevelopmental Disorders whose symptoms & signs can vary from mild to severe. 40-70% of people with ASD also have ADHD. Criteria for each include that symptoms cause harmful dysfunction at school/work & home. ADHD is usually more easily managed by multimodal therapy, but degree of impairment differs with the cause & co-existing disorders in each patient.
