Paper cut: Apply continuous pressure for several minutes and the bleeding will stop. Make sure the area stays clean so as to avoid infection. If the bleeding doesn't stop, i recommend consulting with your doctor.

Bleed from papercut: I am sure the bleeding has stopped now. Some areas on the fingers will bleed more compared to others if the cut is over a blood vessel. If for some reason ur baby has prolonged bleeding you may want to talk to his pediatrician to make sure he does not have any bleeding problems. Even a cut over a vascular area should be able to stop in few minute's if it s superficial cut.
