Yes there are lymph: Lymph nodes are present around the ear. Lymph nodes can be enlarged for many reasons. I suggest seeing physician.

Historical: Years ago, people would predict traits and illnesses based on skull anatomy. Yes, it is normal to have bumps and ridges. No lymph nodes in the skull, rather in the space between skin and skull.
