Many things: Sounds like nonalcoholic fatty liver. Many causes of this, but basically for some reason your body doesn't break down fats properly. Usually this is not harmful, but in some it can lead to inflammation of the liver. You should be seeing your doc on a regular basis if yoiu are having symotoms. Good luck!
