Tonsillitis with: Fever in three year old could possibly be bacterial . 99% usually viral . Need to see pediatrician . Continue fever control alternating tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin every four hours( doses are based on weight). Encourage liquids to avoid dehydration or diet as tolerated
