Don't use: Rtf formula is only good for 48 hours after opening. Sounds like the sitter made an honest mistake. He had a small amount and one time only, so you may dodge any problems. It could happen for him to develop gastrointestinal symptoms. If so, let your pediatrician know what happened so they can do appropriate stool tests.
