Deep sleep better: Amt. Of sleep iis very individual and depends on your age, activity level and general health. If you have plenty of energy throughout the day, you’re getting enough sleep at night. If your energy levels are low and struggle with depression//fatigue bad sleep. Iit’s not just a matter of how many hours of sleep, but how many hours of the deep sleep – dreaming as part of sleep. Better result.
