No: But u can have a UTI and an ovarian cyst at the same time, if u are worried please have your gyn to a pelvic ultrasound.

Sometimes infections: In urinary tract can mimic pain in ovaries, but difficult to tell you for sure. Make sure that it is not ectopic pregnancy or pelvic infection. Consult a doctor for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
