Hi. it's been 4 days that i got cold . no sneezing or ... . just dried coughs got me angry.no asthma & bronchite.what shall i do ?

Not unexpected: There is no cure for this just drug to suppress the cough until the process resolves. It may takes several weeks however for the cough to subside after a viral infection.
