Costochrondritis: The asthma and violent coughing may lead to chest cage pain with sprain on the muscles and the joints on the ribs. The most important step is controlling your asthma . May also try NSAIDs (unless you are "allergic to them") and heating pad. See doctor if you still have breathing problem . A nasal steroid may help reduce the sneezing. Consider an allergy consult
