Symptoms:fatigue,then a sore throat on top of that, then a stuffy nose,then a persistent tickly cough, the cough will switch between dry and wet, i sometimes sneeze too, i will instantly cough if i inhale deeply.no fever.duration: 4 days. bronchitis?

You could have bronchitis-more likely viral than bacterial with lack of fever. These could also be allergy symptoms with bronchospasm, especially with coughing with deep inhalation. A bronchodilator inhaler would likely be helpful along with a steroid inhaler. You may also need a nasal spray-either saline or a steroid. You should call your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
