Why do i have a headache and fever after vaccine?

Not sure: Some vaccines are live organisms which have been attenuated, and may create low grade inflammatory responses with ha and fever. This may also occur due to allergic reactions. The headache may occasionally occur because of anxiety over worry about the reactions to the vaccine. In any event, unless side-effects very severe, the vaccine is of more benefit than risk.
