Not sure that there : Is a direct relationship. Mosaic perfusion is a pattern of vessels in the lung associated with pulmonary hypertension and other pulmonary vascular disease. Pulmonary hypertension could lead to right heart failure and then ascites. I really am unable to find a direct connection between this finding on high resolution ct and ascites. Perhaps a radiologist might have a different idea.
