Excisional biopsy yesterday on armpit growth it was sent to pathology, when can tell if its malignant?

2 to 3 days: It usually takes 2 to 3 days for the biopsy to be examined. Sometimes, if it is borderline, it will be sent to a reference pathology lab, and could take a few extra days. Call you doctor if you haven't heard in3 days. Good luck.
