Nasal Irrigation: Not sure of your diagnosis. If it is bumps on back of throat called post pharyngeal lymphoid hyperplasia, that usually is caused by chronic postnasal drip. Best use hydro pulse nasal/sinus irrigator use nasal tip to clear nose and use throat tip to clear throat.
