There is no normal: Back pain in a child, so this needs to be examined top to bottom. Take them to a pediatric hospital for full assessment, including looking for an infection like discitis, cancer, and spinal cord injury without radiologic findings. I do not want to scare you or cause undue drama, but severe back pain in a child is a red flag for many of us and you should see a specialist.

Need to make Diagnos: All we can suggest is at the age of 9years with severe back pain without history of trauma, before you plan treatment apart from pain meds which she is already getting. You need to find the cause of pain. You should consult a pediatric orthopedic specialist as she needs a thorough history and physical exam and may need imaging like mri/cat scan and may need other tests if indicated.
