Bowel issues: Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) can sometimes cause irregular bowels as you describe. Are you having any abdominal bloating or discomfort, etc.? If you purely have small bowels and no other issues, that is fine. If other symptoms or you feel you need to address the bowel issue, than it is recommended you see a GI dr. Good luck.
