Im pooping but not a lot; just small pieces. i take miralax fairly regularly and was gonna try a suppository. should suppository help? i had a normal colonoscopy few years ago. thanks?

Rather than taking Miralax or a suppository, you should initially consider increasing the amount of fiber in your diet and perhaps taking a fiber supplement such as Metamucil on a daily basis. Start out slow to avoid gassiness. Also it's a good idea to hydrate well, drinking more water. Good luck.

You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
