If you have any: Other symptoms that remain yes. However, if not, and it was just a fleeting pain that happened once, even if it reoccurs with certain movements, it is more likely related to your costochondritis. See your doc soon just to check it out, but with no other symptoms, your age, hx of chostocondritis, most likely fine.
