hit head a couple of hours ago. didnt hurt bad at the time but now my neck hurts. if i broke it would the pain be intense. i didn't hit my head hard.

Head: Held up by neck. Head is hard, but internal superficial bleed possible. Neck blunt or crashing injury can strain spinal cord or exiting nerves. Always serious injury, recommend go be evaluated.
