Got nose ct scanned with sinus , it shows left concha bullosa and cyst in right sinus. i have post nasal drip.are these symptomps of sinusitis?

Possible: A concha bullosa is an air containing middle turbinate (a normal structure in the lateral wall of the nose. This may be a normal anatomical variant unless the cat scan demonstrates it is opaque (filled with mucus). Depending of the size of the cyst in the sinus, probably maxillary), i would definitely call this a rhino-sinusitis. Symptoms are complaints. Your statement is x-ray findings.
