Lack of period: It sounds like you aren't ovulating and generally if that goes on for more then 3 months you may have a very heavy prolonged bleed. Could be thyroid issue, prolactin production issue and even a false positive pregnancy test (some women never have a positive urine, but only have positive blood tests). Time to see your physician
