The massage oil: Would have to have been put on by someone with an open wound that was actively washing in and out of that wound and your wound would have to be open as well, not just a scabbed scratch. Plus, HIV is not a hardy virus and any long term placement outside of body in the oil would not be suitable for the virus to live. While i can't guarantee it, it is not likely HIV would be transmitted this way.
