Concussion-CT scan: Concussions may lead to headache, nausea, and vomiting. If you have already had a ct scan of the head, and it is ok, then it is probably a wait and watch situation. However, if you haven't had a ct scan of the head, that is something to consider. Finally, if the symptoms worsen or don't improve, consider a repeat ct scan of the head to ensure that there is no delayed bleeding or swelling.
