COLD SORE,: Caused by viral illness. Put some emolient: vaseline or moisturizing lotion on the sore. Can give tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain. No big medicine. If enlarging or too many sores with blister formations, may be from herpes simplex type- i. See the pediatrician.
