See a physician: A swollen gland under the jaw that is first noted when suffering a sore throat, earache and nasal congestion may or may not be caused by the same infection causing the other symptoms. If the gland is under the jaw and not in the neck it may represent a stone in one of the salivary glands or duct. If it is in the neck it's probably related to the sore throat. See a physician .
