When would you request an mri or ct with contrast? i have unexplained: abdo distension, blood when urinating & defacating & constant mod-sev pain etc

Now: Blood in urine by itself is reason for ct scan of the abdomen and pelvis. Blood in the stool also should be worked up, but may require colonoscopy rather than ct or mri.
