Magnesium level: There is a blood test for mg but since most mg in the body is in tissues and not in the blood, blood tests may not detect mg deficiency which is avoided with a diet rich in nuts, leafy vegetables and whole grains or by taking a mg supplement. Ppi's shouldn"t impact your mg level.
