Yes it should. However, what do you mean by electrolyte imbalance? Do you have kidney dysfunction, endocrine disease or taking medicine to lower blood pressure?

Yes assuming the imbalance is making them change in the blood. I would discuss with your Dr the side effects of the exact ppi you are using. Go to Drugs.com and look up side effects and also do an interaction check with any other meds or supplements you are taking.
