Mild Anemia: Your hemoglobin is slightly low(it should be 12-13 grams). Pcv is another way to express red blood counts. It is also called hematocrit, it is typically 3 times higher than hemoglobin and basically confirm that it is slightly low. You should look up the report to find out the reference range(it means what is normal value).

Mild anemia: A drop in red blood cell count, measured as HGB and pcv is not uncommon in pregnancy. You should be taking prenatal multivitamins. Ask your OB if you should be taking extra iron. Your body increases its blood volume when you are pregnant. Some of the drop is dilutional but you need extra iron to meet the needs of pregnancy.
