Complications?: The doctor needs to see every woman who has become pregnant and expects to deliver a baby in the near future. We don't expect complications just because a woman is pregnant (pregnancy is considered a normal state of being for women of childbearing age). However, being pregnant is riskier for the individual than being non-pregnant, but without pregnancy we would have no children.
