I'm feeling physically very tired. not able to stand just want to sit. i felt like this in feb. had blood tests done. never had a follow up with results but assumed that means nothing was wrong?

Follow up : Will be needed. You are right that many times no news is good news in medicine and it is possible that your labs were in normal range in February. It is the persistence of symptoms that becomes physically handicapping that warrants a follow up with your doc so that a thorough plan is formulated.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!
