No: Certain types of hepatitis C are commonly associated with diabetes. There are usually not increased hepatitis C complications in diabetics unless fatty liver also is present. Control of diabetes, exercise, weight loss are encouraged. Consider hepatitis C treatment.

Yes: Hepatitis c is always complicated. Diabetes just makes it that much more complex.
