Usually arthritis is: Present in joints so when you say the left leg where are you referring specifically? And what arthritis are you referring to?

It is a: Not unusual unless you had an injury. The best thing besides meds you can do is to move and keep the joints going. After using the painful joint apply ice for 15-20 minutes. Frozen peas or corn make a great reusesble ice bag that bends around!
