Panic : Around 40% of population will have a panic attack during their life time. Panic attacks occur not only in panic disorder, but also in ocd, social anxiety disorder, simple phobias ptsd and generalized anxiety disorder, . Treatment is a combination of medication and psychotherapy. Some antidepressants (not all) have anxiety regulating properties and are used for that purpose, see a psychiatrist.
