Doesn't matter: You can do your weight training after you do your cardio or before.. Doesn't really matter. Some people will do cardio( run, bike, swim, elliptical , etc, ) 5 or 6 days a week and wt. Train twice a week.I personally believe cardio workouts are more important and should be done 6 days a week if possible; weight training less often in middle- aged adults.Keep it up!
