my gums are swollen and it's going through my wire. what can i do?

Call orthodontist: If i understood your question, the orthodontic wire is piercing your gum tissue causing the tissue to swell. Call your orthodontist to have them trim or adjust the wire.

Probably severe swelling of the tissue?? Tissue has grown over the arch wire? If this is the case, need to see your orthodontist ASAP.
