ECG: In normal ecgs, there is a gradual increase in the size of the R wave from v1 thru v3. If that isn't present but the tracing otherwise looks normal we read poor R wave progression v1-3. This can be due to pathology or be normal or positional, it isn't a specific finding. Absent other reasons for concern, you shouldn't be worrying about it. Talk to your doc if you have health problems.
