Can you tell me what you suggest if there was damage in the jaw joint there's must be pain or not?

Either: Jaw joint damage may manifest as painful or not. If you think you ha e a problem, please see your dentist for an examination.

TMD has many symptom: There is no 1 symptom of tmd, the first sign of a dysfunctional joint is clicking and popping. Some patients do get pain in the actual joint(s), but many have symptoms around the diseased joint, like headaches, muscle spasms, ear ringing, limited opening of the jaw, etc..
