Anyway to loosen up jaw joints? i clench a lot i'm goin to stop but i was to loosen my jaw joints since i tightened them by clenching

Clenching: Patients who clench their teeth together are often unaware of when they start to do it and certainly can't "stop" it when they are asleep. You need to be evaluated and treated by a dentist with training and experience treating patients with TMD\TMJ. Find one on a recommendation and get a consult.
