Get more sleep: These sleep events like night talking, sleep walking, night terrors, etc are considered evidence of poor sleep efficiency. Simply gaining a half hour more/day of quality sleep can often decrease the events. If thi is not helpful, have a sleep study done and work with the physician on a treatment plan.

Screaming in sleep: Some screaming and loud talking in sleep can be a Stage 4 parasomnia. If it has been happening a lot or over a prolonged period, I recommend seeing a Psychologist or Physician with Sleep Disorder expertise. Screaming can also be part of a dream even though you may not remember content. Also see additional information from this provider.
