Stop doing it!: If you have been doing enough of it long enough to get addicted to nicotine, there are many ways to stop. The use of nicotine replacement therapy with lozenges, gum and patches, several prescription medications (bupropion, varenicline). Cold turkey works for some, perhaps with acupuncture or hypnosis if available, and smoking cessation programs greatly doubles chances of success. Get support.
