Risk is cut in half: Those who quit in their 30s may avoid most of the risk due to smokeless tobacco use. The risk of oral cancer is cut in half after 3 years. Keep up a good job!

Good for you! You have already decreased your risk by more than half. The longer you refrain, the less chance of oral cancer. know that there are many causes fort oral cancer. Tobacco is the most common. Please make sure to see your Dentist no less often than every 6 months for a thorough examination.
