Why needed: Ru having a foreskin problem or not. Tight foreskins often respond to prescription strength steroid cream. Circumcision unnecessary for cosmetic, hygiene or health reasons provided foreskin retracts easily. Unless ur converting and becoming a muslim or a jew. Check it out with a pediatric urologist if necessary. Don't do it unless it is really necessary.
