Need to shop around: Surgical fees vary from place to place and from surgeon to surgeon within the same area. Be prepared to call various urologists in your area, ask whether they are prepared to perform procedure in their office or a surgicenter under local anesthesia ( avoids cost of anesthesiologist & recovery room (pacu) and tell them you will be paing in cash. $300 probably the minimum.
