Sounds viral: A sore throat, laryngitis (voice problem) and spinning sounds like a viral infection. I do not think it is related to your diabetes, although diabetes does make one more vulnerable to infectious disease. If these symptoms do not resolve in at most 3 weeks, see your physician.
