What to do if i have severe pain under my toenail when it's barely touched and a dark color. what should i do?

See a podiatrist: Did you hit your toe. If so you have bleeding under your nail that has caused the dark color. This increases pressure and causes pain. Evacuation of the blood helps a lot. It could also be possible glomus tumor or something else if is really painful. Evaluation by a podiatrist will really help.
