Low Ferritin Level: Both your ferritin (iron stores) and your hemoglobin are low. Have you had blood loss? Is this a new issue for you? If you do not know why your levels are low, then you need to work with a doctor to figure that out. Ferritin should be at least 40 for fatigue, and 60 if you have restless legs syndrome.

You have iron deficiency anemia and should work with your doctor to figure out why and develop a treatment plan.
